Service delivery may be virtual or in-person (where feasible) depending on client location.

4. Currency and Payment Terms
International payments must be made in USD (or as mutually agreed).
- Payments can be made via wire transfer, credit/debit card, or secure online platforms.
- Full or milestone-based payment terms will be stated in your service agreement.
- Clients are responsible for any transaction fees, taxes, or currency exchange charges.
- Refunds are not guaranteed unless specified in a formal contract.

We commit to protecting all personal and business data shared with us. International clients agree that data provided may be stored and processed in Nigeria or other jurisdictions where we operate, in compliance with global privacy standards.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, training materials, reports, and tools created by Penexus Consulting remain the property of the company unless otherwise specified. Clients may not reproduce or distribute materials without written permission.
7. Service Delivery
Depending on your location, services may be delivered via:
- Online platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
- Local partners or representatives
- Travel-based engagement (subject to availability and cost)
Timelines will be agreed upon in your proposal or engagement letter.
8. Limitation of Liability
Penexus Consulting shall not be held liable for delays, losses, or damages arising from force majeure events, third-party actions, or client-provided errors. Our liability, if any, is limited to the fees paid for the specific service.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. Penexus Consulting reserves the right to withhold work or access to tools until all dues are cleared.
10. Third-Party Tools & Integrations
We may use third-party tools or platforms to deliver services. Penexus is not liable for service interruptions, data issues, or losses caused by such tools.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, regardless of the client’s location. International clients agree that any disputes will be handled under Nigerian jurisdiction, unless a separate jurisdiction is agreed upon in writing.
12. Updates to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the current version.
